Get the help you need for advanced diagnostic issues on all cars

Once you have the Smartlink device, we will be able to receive support from the Smartlink Super diagnostic Team if you are in trouble with a car with diagnostic related issues. It's easy, you just create a ticket on the Smartlink ticket page Here you connect your Smartlink C to the car you need help with and connect the Smartlink C to your internet (it is recommended to use cable if this is possible ), remember to also connect a good car charger to the car. We recommend chargers from GYS minimum 50A check

What can we do for you over Smartlink?
The list is really almost unlimited, but here are a few examples:

  • You have a car with a damaged electronic system and would like an expert to give you a second opinion on what the problem might be.
  • You need to replace an ECU and need help coding it.
  • You need help coding the component protection on an Audi Seat Skoda & VW
  • You need to add a new key to the vehicle.
